Granada Luxury Belek was the best hotel I have ever been to. I have given it 10 out of 10 for its fantastic food, services and staff. We had a family reunion there. The hotel is all inclusive with great food and drinks. The fresh food is generously served almost throughout the day. They bake the bread fresh. There is a variety of food you can eat: Salads, soups, fruits, pastry, grilled fish, chicken and meat. Free alcoholics drinks are served at the restaurant and the lobby for about maybe 12 hours. The staff were very friendly and nice with a smile. Thank you for giving such a great service. It changed my view of Turkey, I will go back there in the future. Also I booked a spa and massage with Putri which was very relaxing and great too. There is also a free shuttle service for going to the nearby sandy beach too.

Hessam

The options regarding pools are extensive. We went over Easter so the pools where only starting to heat up and towards the start of the holiday too cold to really swim in comfortably for my family. My children mixed ages loved the huge choice of water slides, wave pool, splash area, entertainment in the evening which is like being at a concert. All inclusive food was very good something for everyone. Drinks where a little lacking and wine in restaurant wasn't great but you can buy a selected bottle. Indoor pool was great, size of hotel and design was beautiful. Snack bars in wonderland loved by my kids although missed the slushy one especially for kids with dairy intolerance.

The facilities were great. The buffet had a great variety of food which suited us all. Having the full board option was a great choice as the food and drink was included throughout the day. I would also like to say a special (Thank You) to the amazing receptionist (Mr. Polet) for his professionalism, kindness and for making our check in process and easy and pleasurable experience. Thank you once again Mr. Polet.

Helpful staff, nice and big hotel, very nice for families. Reception staff deserve a gold star : helped us with last-minute booking, and we received complimentary room upgrade. Hotel looks better than in pictures. Many bars and snack bars, a lot of options for food. Spa and massage is a must. Enough to entertain whole family during the day. Would still recommend this hotel, but when its warmer.

The location was amazing, with breathtaking scenery, friendly staff, and plenty of food and activities to choose from. I plan to return during the warmer months to check out the theme parks.
